You work in the Account Deparment of your company.  Your company has decided to switch to 100% e-billings.  
Prepare a written presentation using the following information:

Subject
Switching completely to e- billing
Advantages
customers can view bill at any time of day or night
faster and cheaper than post
Helps environment -saves on paper + plastic bags for collecting waste paper
Disadvantages
Some customers may not have access to internet
some customers are worried about security
Conclusion
